I LOVE this video! It makes me cry. For those of you new to the sporting event, this is the tribute video from 2011. New Zealand hadn't won since the inaugural event in 1987 despite being a leading team. After being named captain, Daniel Carter sustained an injury and was unable to compete. He was replaced by Aaron Cruden, the young man at the beginning of this clip who has already beat cancer to play. He is shown here sustaining an injury of his own in the Cup final. Enter Stephen Donald, the guy pulling his jersey on as he runs on to the field. He hadn't been training; he'd been fishing. He didn't think he would be called up. His performance before the world cup was spotty and a newspaper cartoonist drew a commentary on what would happen if the team depended on him to win the game. Choke? I think not! Hollywood couldn't make this story up!
